UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

UK delivery is £4.99, with free delivery on orders of £100 or more.

Delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfilment method. Where a delivery estimate is provided on a product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation, this should be treated as the applicable estimated delivery timeframe for your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by the destination, carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Made-to-Order Clothing

Our Fill The Void clothing is made to order.

Please allow up to 5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days.

Tracking details will be provided when available once your order is on its way.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced or dispatched separately and may arrive in different parcels.

Collectibles and Other Products

Collectibles and other merchandise may be held by Fill The Void or dispatched directly by one of our approved distribution or fulfilment partners.

Delivery times can therefore vary between products. Where applicable, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided on the product page, during checkout or in your order confirmation.

If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, they may arrive separately.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible.

Some products may be dispatched directly by one of our approved distribution or fulfilment partners. As a result, items from the same order may occasionally be delivered separately.

Where an order is sent in more than one parcel, you will not be charged additional delivery fees unless any additional charge was clearly stated before you placed your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at hello@fillthevoid.co.uk and we will investigate it for you.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay and keep you informed where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@fillthevoid.co.uk with your order number and the correct delivery details.

We will try to correct the address before dispatch where possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or fulfilment.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@fillthevoid.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

We may ask you to provide photographs of damaged products and/or packaging to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, your statutory rights are not affected.
