These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fill The Void website and purchases made from us.
Fill The Void is operated by Fill The Void Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16700655 (“Fill The Void”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our registered office is not our general returns address. Please contact us before returning goods so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Fill The Void or any third party.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or prevention of misuse.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography, manufacturing variations and, where applicable, the handmade or individually finished nature of a product.
Measurements and dimensions may be approximate where stated.
Product availability is subject to change. We may withdraw or discontinue products without notice.
Some products may be dispatched directly to you by one of our approved fulfilment or distribution partners. Your contract remains with Fill The Void Ltd, and you should contact us directly regarding your order.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Fill The Void is formed when we accept your order. We will provide confirmation of your order electronically in a form that you can retain for your records.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The price payable will be the price shown when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges displayed during checkout.
We are not currently registered for VAT and therefore do not separately charge UK VAT.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
6. Delivery
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed on our website or during checkout. Further information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We are responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or the physical possession of a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf, except where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

Your statutory rights regarding late or failed delivery are not affected by these Terms.
7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive refunds are described in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer eligible customers our voluntary 14-day returns policy, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
UK consumers purchasing online normally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods. Further details, including applicable exceptions and return arrangements, are provided in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, a model cancellation form is also available. You are not required to use the form and may instead contact us with any clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Goods supplied by us must comply with your statutory rights, including requirements that goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@fillthevoid.co.uk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Fill The Void name, branding, website design and original content created by us are owned by or licensed to Fill The Void Ltd and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Film, television, gaming and other third-party names, characters, logos, artwork, trademarks and intellectual property displayed in connection with licensed products remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
The sale of an officially licensed product does not grant you any ownership of or licence to commercially reproduce the intellectual property associated with that product.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services supplied by third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not operate. Your use of those websites may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Shopify
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the website.
Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Fill The Void Ltd, not Shopify.
Personal information processed through our store may also be processed by Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please review that policy for information about the personal information we collect, how and why we use it, who we may share it with and your rights.
13. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a product review, photograph or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use content you voluntarily submit to us in connection with operating and promoting Fill The Void.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
14. Website Information and Errors
We take reasonable care to keep information on our website accurate and current. Occasionally, however, information may contain errors or omissions.
Where we discover an obvious pricing, availability or product-information error, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you regarding an affected order.
If we are unable to fulfil an accepted order as agreed, your statutory rights will apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights in relation to goods, including rights relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, description, delivery or remedies for faulty goods.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer where the purchase was made wholly or mainly for personal use.
16. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will contact you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights, including any applicable rights relating to delayed delivery or cancellation, are not affected.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.
The Terms applying to a purchase will normally be those in force when the relevant contract was formed. Changes made afterwards will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights relating to an existing order.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also retain any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court where applicable consumer law entitles you to do so.
